Return Policy
Online policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
*returns not accepted for discounted items, bodysuits and bathing suits*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@theivyedit.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for a flat fee of $6.25 and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Discounted items, sale, clearance, & final sale items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Those items are yours forever <3

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Please be advised that while we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping, we cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages during transit.
Once your order leaves our facility and is entrusted to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for its safe and timely delivery transfers to them. While we will assist in any way we can to track and locate your package, we cannot guarantee its arrival within a specified timeframe or its condition upon delivery.
